Mid-City Plating Capabilities
We have two barrel and three automatic rack zinc plating machines. These machines are capable of processing a full range of part sizes, from small precision to medium and very large parts. Each machine is very efficient at it's respective tasks. Parts as small as 3/16" X 3/16" (.47cm X .47cm) to parts as large as 5' X 12' (1.5m X 3.7m) can be processed with speed , quality and efficiency. All of our plating lines can produce zinc in clear, yellow, black, olive drab, and green chromates.
